Electric Industrial Door Specification: Electric power operation 3 phase (415 Volt). Guthrie Douglas (GFA) Safedrive motor with emergency override chain facility and TS series control panel. Electrical requirements 16 amp 3 phase & neutral isolator commando socket. The shutter curtain is made of 75mm 20swg curved solid galvanised steel with interlocking slats and nylon end locks. A Galvanised steel T-rail is attached to the bottom of the curtain for added strength. The steel support angle flags are 75mm x 50mm x 3mm. Formed 6mm end plates are attached to the top of the guide angles. With the galvanised steel guide runner rails 65mm x 32mm x 3mm. The Barrel is constructed from high quality mild steel 5” diameter tube, 25”mm shaft, Nylon bearing blocks, complete with sealed for life bearings.
Chain Operated Door Specification: The chain operation rolling shutter is operated via a continuous manual hand chain with a spring assisted counterbalance support barrel. Complete with wall mounted lockable chain keep. The shutter curtain is made of 75mm 22swg curved solid galvanised steel with interlocking slats and nylon end locks. A Galvanised steel T-rail is attached to the bottom of the curtain for added strength. The steel support angle flags are 75mm x 50mm x 3mm. Formed end plates are attached to the top of the guide angles. With the galvanised steel guide runner rails 65mm x 32mm x 3mm. The Barrel is constructed from high quality mild steel tube with internal helical torsion springs, Mounted on shaft bearing blocks, incorporating a high-speed bearing at each end.
