Acoustic / Insulated Industrial Roller Shutters

Our Insulated Industrial Shutter combines all the qualities of our robust Industrial Roller Shutter but with the added benefit of insulation. Thermal and Acoustic Insulation, minimal thermal bridges and the use of fine-pored PU rigid foam infill ensure good thermal insulation whilst curtain and sealing technology used around the entire shutter reduce noise from both inside and outside.

INSULATED SECURITY ROLLER SHUTTER SPECIFICATION

  • SHUTTER TYPE – ELECTRIC / POWER OPERATION
  • 3 PHASE (415V) or SINGLE PHASE (240V)
  • OPERATION – VIA PUSH BUTTONS
  • CURTAIN: 25 mm thick Double Skin - traditional foam filled galvanised lath. Complete with a rubber bottom weatherseal. This helps prevent vermin & water ingress.
  • BARREL: Standard diameter tube, counterbalanced (single or double) sprung barrel, 25mm shaft, Steel bearing blocks, complete with sealed for life bearings. Driven via direct drive motor
  • FLAGS: Endplates 6mm thick, Angles 100mm x 75mm x 8mm, 85mm Heavy Duty Galvanised guide. Double brush sealing system.
  • MOTOR: 3 Phase (415v) – Guthrie Douglas GFA Safe-Drive Motor. Complete with emergency override chain facility.
  • “U” VALUE: 0.733 W / m K
  • Acoustic reduction rating of 27 dB
